Why attend the Spring Conference?

Exhibit at our Spring Conference in Columbus on April 15 & 16 and reach over 500 water and wastewater professionals from throughout the state. This year’s spring conference is being held at the beautiful Columbus Convention & Trade Center, located on the banks of the Chattahoochee, in the old Columbus Ironworks facility.

GAWP’s 2025 Spring Conference features the Industrial Symposium and brings together professionals from all aspects of the water and wastewater industry. Coming from both the private and public sectors, our conference attendees work in areas such as pretreatment, collections, distribution, laboratory, plant operations, maintenance, engineering, utility management, consulting, and more.

Early Bird Discount Registration deadline: March 18

Deadline to have your company information included on the onsite program exhibitor listing: March 18. Exhibit booth registrations received after the March 18 deadline will not be included on the onsite program.

Set-up: Monday, April 14 from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Set-up must be completed at this time.

Tear-down: Wednesday, April 16 starting at 11:30 AM
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or by email sent to GAWP by March 18, 2025. Phone cancellations are NOT accepted. After March 18, 2025, registrants are no longer eligible for refunds; however, substitutions are welcome. No refunds for those who register and fail to attend. No-shows are responsible for unpaid registration fees.
